Dr. Debra Lynn Arce

Education
She holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Cultural Studies from the University of Houston, a Master’s in Education Administration from the University of Texas Pan American, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the same institution. Her extensive certifications include Texas Teacher Certificates for various grade levels, Standard Bilingual and Special Education certifications, Gifted & Talented training, and qualifications in educational administration evaluation systems. Additionally, she has completed superintendent certification coursework. Beyond academia, she co-founded Texas Curriculum Writers (since 2013), Tiny Tots Consultants (since 2022), and Science 2.0 Unfolded (since 2022).

Children’s Mental Health Disorder Fact Booklet and Behavioral Contracts: This session is for prekindergarten through sixth grade teachers who will learn how to deal with
students diagnosed with mental health disorders and how to create Behavioral Contracts.

With A Little Help from My Friends!: This training session focuses on creating safe educational environments free from bullying, promoting students' mental health and holistic development. By establishing "Bully-Free Zones," we invest in students' safety and well-being, fostering academic, social, and emotional growth. Together, we build a supportive community that stands against bullying, safeguarding every student's right to a secure and nurturing learning experience.

Lex Moschakis and Breean Miller

Specializing in Mental Health, Social Emotional Learning (SEL), and counselor research-based training programs, they provide tailored curricula designed to empower children in grades 5-12 with skills to support their mental well-being.

Training/Workshops
Live Big SEL Curriculum - Access & Training - School counselors and mental health professionals will complete virtual training to implement the Live Big SEL curriculum, empowering students with confidence, resilience, and self-leadership skills. They'll gain access to a year's worth of fully planned SEL lessons and ongoing coaching, ensuring they deliver impactful lessons that drive positive behavior change.

Leading Trauma-Informed Groups - In this session, teachers and counselors will be trained in how to lead small groups and classrooms with a trauma-informed approach. Trainees will leave with an understanding of how trauma impacts students, their ability to learn, and ways to interact in group settings with students who will have experienced trauma so that all will thrive.

Certifications: K-8 classroom teacher, all-level principals, ESL, Kindergarten, External ESF Facilitator.

Other: Coached 10+ principals, all of whom raised their school performance standards to exit monitoring within one year.
